Who we are.
Tim Murphy
Tim claims Texas as “home” since leaving Georgia in 2015 with the love of his life, Melissa. Tim’s 24 years of mechanical service and sales experience, as well as numerous awards for outstanding customer service and sales, proves why Tim has the skills to manage multiple projects and countless lines of business. He does this all while maintaining a level of customer service that can best be described as “warm and genuine.”
Tim openly admits that he wants to be the best neighbor he can be in the community. He says, “Some of life’s greatest joy can be experienced when we serve others first.” When Tim isn’t exceeding customer expectations he can be found somewhere serving or leading a community service project. If Tim has downtime, he spends it with his wife Melissa and their 4-legged babies, Kimmie and Petey. Tim is mom-tested and grandmother-approved.
Nick Hestilow
Nick joined Waco Construction Group in 2022. Nick, his wife Kati, and four children, Jaden, Luke, Abram, and Tom-Tom, live in Speegleville, but they are always on the go, church, camping, hiking, kayaking, and bicycling. Nick comes to us with years of new construction project management experience coupled with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
When it comes to WCG, Nick says, "Integrity sets us apart from other builders and remodelers." One of his favorite things about working at WCG is the relationships he builds and the opportunity to make customers' dreams a reality. Nick is continuously striving to grow his knowledge and add value to every client he serves.
Nick will be there for every step of the project, from the initial meeting to completion. He is an organized manager with hands-on experience in planning and implementing assigned projects. He ensures they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all of our customers.
